Kwangyang Works established the prior guide system to send facility control shift alert in advance of malfunction. Kwangyang Works is now operating the relaying system which sends electrical signal which monitors working status from time to time between facilities. In this connection, Kwangyang Works lately employed the relaying unit which gives advance notice of the replacement cycle therewith prior to happening problems. The first case was brought on the No.3 CGL mill in which the relaying unit sends alert to workers immediately prior to any problems which overrun permissible tolerance, i.e., beyond 90 percent range so that workers can right away gets start to maintain the relaying unit in time. This will pull out every problems to help workers operate relaying units safely and prevent problems of facilities in advance, Kwangyang Works said.
